Co-exclusive brocerage of a shopping center is the leasing of retail space by an agency in according with a co-exclusive brokerage covenant with another agency or the management company of the shopping center. The broker is looking for a tenant, negotiating, accompanying the design approval process and signing a lease.
Scope of work:
“Non-exclusive” leasing of commercial real estate consists of recruiting tenants on approved commercial terms. The broker is not responsible for filling in and timely opening of the shopping center. His relationship with the customer ends after the commission is received. Such work is typical for existing objects, but for those under construction it carries a lot of risks to the developer’s reputation.
