The UTG company, which is the developer of the concept and the exclusive broker of the new shopping and entertainment center Proskyriv Plaza in Khmelnytskyi, is engaging network operators to make it unique for the city’s residents. Among such tenants is the COMFY flagship store, which will open on the 2nd floor of the shopping center on an area of ​​1,200+ sq.m and will be the largest hardware and electronics store in the region.

According to the press service of COMFY, the company always chooses new modern shopping centers in promising regions. And Khmelnytskyi today is actively developing and growing rapidly, including at the expense of IDPs, many enterprises are opening in the city. Therefore, opening a COMFY store in Proskyriv Plaza will be a natural step. “As for the final project of the store, it is under development. But today it is already possible to say that the flagship format of COMFY stores provides for a large number of brand zones and an assortment of Ukrainians’ favorite products, an online ordering area, a service sector, a credit department and a children’s playground for the smallest customers,” the company notes.
