UTG company opened the first TRADE MALL retail park in Uzhgorod, where it acted as a concept developer and exclusive broker. On November 1, a new retail facility with an area of ​​2,300 sq. m and a parking lot for 56 cars opened its doors to visitors. The retail park is home to such well-known tenants as: Epicenter Home with an area of ​​over 461 sq. m, the popular women’s and men’s clothing brand Sinsay with an area of ​​about 1,086 sq. m, a store of the Kharkiv furniture factory Constanta, and others. According to UTG company Director Evgenia Loktionova, retail parks in Ukraine will differ from European ones. “In Europe, retail parks are built outside the city limits, while in our country they are mostly located within the city limits,” the head emphasized.

A new format of real estate, the retail park, which came to Ukraine from Europe, is becoming popular in our country and shows potential for development.

According to the director of UTG company, Evgenia Loktionova, retail parks in Ukraine will differ from European ones. “In Europe, retail parks are being built outside the city limits, while in our country they are mostly located within the city limits,” the head emphasized.
