The UTG company continues to fill the Sofia Mall SEC, located in one of the most densely populated areas of the capital – Sofiyivska Borshchagivka. As part of this, a spacious JYSK store with an area of 1,280 square meters will be opened on the first floor of the shopping center. Already in June of this year, visitors to the SEC will be able to visit the new home goods store. The lease agreement with the new tenant was signed by the UTG company, which is the exclusive broker of Sofia Mall SEC and continues to work for the benefit of the residents of Ukraine and, by its own example, demonstrates to the market the possibility of filling the retail spaces of its partners in difficult times.
