The construction of the multi-functional shopping complex PROSKURIV Plaza is underway in Khmelnytskyi, the concept of which is developed by the UTG company as an exclusive broker. According to the company’s information, the largest and most modern children’s entertainment center “Dreamland” with an area of 3,000 sq.m is planned to be located in the new SEC. The launch date of the PROSKURIV Plaza SEC is the IV quarter of 2025.

Taking into account the total and leased area – 60,000 sq.m and 35,500 sq.m, respectively – the five-story shopping and entertainment center PROSKURIV Plaza will be the largest in the city. According to plans, the new SEC will delight visitors with a unique set of tenants, many of which will be presented in the city for the first time. For example, a state-of-the-art children’s center with an area of 3,000 sq.m will be opened in PROSKURIV Plaza, which will satisfy the wishes of the smallest and most demanding visitors. “And while they are having fun, parents will be able to visit and appreciate the variety of assortment and price offer of international department stores, of which there will be more than 15 in the SEC – such a set will only be offered by PROSKURIV Plaza. Also, the largest zone of children’s and sports goods will be presented here”, emphasized the director of the UTG company Evgenia Loktionova.
