The space of the well-known international operator with an area of ​​​​656 sq.m will be located on the first floor of the SC. The lease agreement was signed by UTG, which acts as the developer of the concept and the exclusive broker of the facility. The opening of the shopping center is scheduled for March 2025, and the developer of the project is the company of the co-owner of “ATB” Gennady Butkevych – BGV Development. With the shopping center in Zhytomyr, the entrepreneur is initiating the development of a new format: a network of district and suburban small shopping complexes.

The new SC “Zhyto” is located on Nezalezhnosti Avenue and has a total area of ​​4144 sq.m, of which 3211 sq.m is rented. Among the main tenants of the SC are also the ATB grocery supermarket, the Prostor store, a pharmacy and a cafe. The co-owner of the ATB chain, Gennady Butkevych, is seriously determined to enter the real estate market. Recently, the businessman announced the construction of a residential complex in partnership with Saga Development.

Later, it became known about two more projects: a premium cottage town near Kyiv next to his Equides Club and a network of small shopping centers in the regions of Ukraine, the first of which is the “Zhyto” SC in Zhytomyr.
