A new three-level SEC Topol Mall will be built in Dnipro, the press service of UTG, which is the developer of the concept and the exclusive broker of the project, told the Interfax-Ukraine agency. “Construction of a new shopping center is of great importance, both purely economic and social. After the end of hostilities, Ukraine should quickly revive and become even better. And the restoration and further development of commercial real estate is one of the most influential incentives for the development of both individual cities and the country as a whole,” emphasizes Evgenia Loktionova, director of the UTG company.

The total area of the new facility is 13.7 thousand square meters, of which 11.4 thousand square meters will be leased. Topol Mall is located on the key transport artery of the district. According to experts’ estimates, the total passenger flow near the facility is about 140,000 people per day. Underground parking for 124 cars and 104 spaces in the open parking lot is planned.

According to Loktionova, a balanced pool of tenants will be selected for SEC Topol Mall, taking into account the interests of the residents of the surrounding areas. The new project will increase the level of supply of trading platforms in Dnipro. At the moment, it is only 376 square meters per thousand inhabitants (for comparison in Kyiv 606, Lviv 524), the current potential of unmet demand reaches 93 thousand square meters.

The developer of the project is ABV Estate. The term of commissioning of the new shopping and entertainment center is the 4th quarter of 2025.
