Kyiv is intensively preparing for the opening of a new large SEC, located right next to the Holosiivska metro station in the district of the same name: two large tenants are already known

Kyiv is intensively preparing for the opening of the White Lines SEC: it will probably be launched in the near future. Earlier, information appeared about the lease of a considerable area there by the COMFY household appliances and electronics store (almost 1 thousand sq. m). Now it has become known that the Puzata Khata restaurant will open in the shopping mall.

The opening of Puzata Khata in the White Lines shopping mall, located in the Holosiivska district, on Vasylkivska Street, 1 (near the Holosiivska metro station), was announced by UTG company. It is the developer of the concept and the exclusive broker of the White Lines SEC. The establishment with an area of ​​730.7 sq. m will operate on the second floor of the center.

The lease contract was signed with the participation of UTG company. Puzata Hata will be in the standard format of a Casual dining restaurant with a buffet line, supplemented by a coffee shop area with drinks and desserts. Among the snacks and drinks will be traditional Ukrainian cuisine, as well as seasonal offers with European dishes and original author’s developments of the brand.

“We create a cozy atmosphere for our guests by updating the interior of the establishments. So, over the past 5 years, we have been opening new locations with a design in a modern European style and convenient zoning of the space, where you can have lunch, drink coffee or work,” UTG quotes partners from Puzata Khata. The restaurant chain representatives themselves report that in 2026 they plan to expand the presence of establishments in shopping centers, ensuring maximum accessibility and convenience of locations for our guests. And the location in the White Lines SEC is explained by a combination of “residential and commercial space” and a “successful base” for attracting customers (the White Lines SEC is located in the stylobate of the residential complex of the same name).
