The new White Lines shopping and entertainment complex (Kyiv, 1 Vasylkivska St.) is being prepared for opening this year, lease agreements have already been signed for 75% of the space and finishing work has begun, Interfax-Ukraine was informed by UTG, which acts as the exclusive broker of the project.

“The White Lines SEC is a striking example of the evolution of Ukraine’s retail real estate market. Right now, new properties are being developed based on the principle of ‘necessary sufficiency’ – medium-sized SCs within residential complexes that feature multifunctional, integrated infrastructure. Therefore, the new shopping and entertainment center has many advantages,” emphasized UTG company director Evgeniya Loktionova.

Among the main anchor tenants of the SEC, the most popular national players in their categories will be represented: Silpo (3.6 thousand sq. m), Multiplex (1.2 thousand sq. m), Energym (4 thousand sq. m), EVA Beauty (842 sq. m), COMFY (900 sq. m), Puzata Hata (700 sq. m), Librarium (714 sq. m), Antoshka (900 sq. m), JYSK (1.3 thousand sq. m), Sinsay (655 sq. m), and the Fly Kids family entertainment center (2.5 thousand sq. m). Anabel Arto, Prostor, Ukrzoloto, Aurum, SOVA, LOVE YOU, Luxoptics, E-Zoo, Pharmacy Farmatsia, Sekunda, MBM My Home, Menya Musashi and many other brands will also open their doors to visitors.

The total area of the four-story White Lines SEC is 51,500 sq. m, of which 27,000 sq. m are designated for leasing. The SEC is part of the already completed multifunctional residential complex of the same name, whose three towers were commissioned in 2023–2024.

The investor of the multifunctional complex is UDP company, the developer and general contractor is A Development, and the exclusive broker for retail space leasing is UTG company.

A Development has been active in the residential and commercial real estate development market since 2017. Its completed projects include Smart Plaza Obolon, Smart Plaza Polyteh, and the Smart Hub Obolon business center. As of 2026, the company is continuing the final stage of the SEC’s development in the White Lines project, as well as a complex of restoration works on architectural monuments with adaptations as part of the comprehensive renovation of Arsenalna Square – the A-Station project, where A-Station Business and a multifunctional arcade will begin operations this fall.
