From June 11 to 12, 2025, everyone is welcome to visit the exhibition and the UTG stand at RAU EXPO – 2025 in Kyiv. Here you can learn about the situation and state of the country’s commercial real estate market, as well as find new business partners, suppliers, customers, and establish business connections in the business world. UTG has been an active participant in specialized exhibitions and various events for many years. And this year, UTG will traditionally take an active part in the country’s largest retail meeting, RAU EXPO – 2025, with its stand.

Also, on June 12, as part of RAU EXPO – 2025, which combines an exhibition and specialized professional conferences in one venue, UTG Director Evgenia Loktionova will give a presentation at the conference “The Retail Real Estate Market. New Formats and New Rules of the Game.” The topic of her presentation is “The Effectiveness of Retail Real Estate of Various Sizes and the Creation of a Unique Format Using the Example of the White Lines SEC.” During the presentation, Evgenia Loktionova will talk about visitor traffic in shopping centers by format, vacancy rates and typical rental rates in shopping centers by format, and the evolution of formats to the uniqueness of the White Lines SEC.

The exhibition will be held at the Parkovy Exhibition Center at 16 Parkova Road. The event is organized by the Ukrainian Retailers Association.
