On June 11 and 12, the largest event of the year in retail, development and related industries is taking place in Kyiv: the RAU Expo 2025 exhibition. Also on June 12, Evgenia Loktionova, Director of UTG company, will make a presentation at the conference “Retail Real Estate Market. New formats and new rules of the game”. The topic of her report is “The efficiency of retail real estate of various scales and the creation of a unique format on the example of the White Lines SEC”. During the presentation, Evgenia Loktionova will talk about attendance in shopping centers in the context of formats, vacancies and typical rental rates in shopping centers in the context of formats and the evolution of formats to the uniqueness of the White Lines SEC.
