On July 10 of this year in Kyiv, as part of the fifth module of the “Real Estate Development” professional program, which will be dedicated to commercial real estate management, UTG company Director Evgeniya Loktionova will speak. The course is organized by the “International Institute of Business” business school and the Real Estate Business School educational platform.

• the specifics of retail real estate management compared to other commercial real estate formats.

Drawing on her extensive experience managing Ukraine’s largest retail real estate properties, Evgeniya Loktionova will discuss the benefits and advantages of entrusting real estate management to a professional property manager. She will also explain the nature, concepts, objectives, and scope of work involved in real estate management. During her presentation, she will discuss the advantages and disadvantages of having real estate managed by a developer versus a property management company.
