On June 12, within the framework of RAU EXPO – 2025, which combines an exhibition and specialized professional conferences on one platform, the director of UTG Evgenia Loktionova will make a report. The topic of the report is “The efficiency of retail real estate of various scales and the creation of a unique format on the example of the White Lines SEC”.

During the presentation, Evgenia Loktionova will talk about attendance in shopping centers in the context of formats, vacancy and typical rental rates in shopping centers in the context of formats and the evolution of formats to the uniqueness of the White Lines SEC.

UTG has been an active participant in specialized exhibitions and various events for many years. This year, UTG with its stand will traditionally take an active part in the country’s largest retail meeting, RAU EXPO – 2025.  From June 11 to 12, 2025, in Kyiv, everyone can visit the exhibition and stand of UTG in order to learn about the situation and state of the country’s retail real estate market, as well as find new business partners, suppliers, customers, and establish business connections in the business world.

The exhibition will be held on the territory of the Parkovy Convention and Exhibition Center at Parkova Road, 16-a. Organizer of the event is the Association of Retailers of Ukraine.
