On July 5 of this year, the Director of UTG Evgenia Loktionova will give a lecture in Kyiv as part of the “Real Estate Development” certification course. The head of the UTG company will tell listeners about the nuances of commercial real estate management. During her speech, she will share her knowledge on how to achieve the goals and objectives of real estate owners.

In particular, having extensive experience in managing Ukraine’s largest commercial real estate objects, Evgenia Loktionova will talk about the expediency and advantages of transferring real estate to a professional manager. It will also reveal the essence, concepts, goals and list of real estate management works. During the speech, Evgenia Loktionova will talk about the advantages and disadvantages of real estate management by a developer company and a management company.
