A modern White Lines SEC will open in Kyiv in February 2026. The new facility is distinguished by its unique concept and location in one of the most densely populated areas – Holosiivskyi. White Lines SEC, which is part of the residential complex of the same name, with a total area of ​​over 43,000 sq.m, of which 24,000 sq.m are allocated for rent, will become one of the most modern and new shopping complexes located in the center of the capital. Thanks to the resumption of construction, the exclusive broker for the rental of retail space – UTG, has begun recruiting tenants.

After the construction work is completed, such anchor tenants as: Silpo grocery supermarket with an area of ​​3,400 sq.m, Multiplex seven-screen cinema and Energym sports complex.
