The first retail park in the city, Trade Mall, has started operating in Uzhhorod, located on Gagarina/Blystiva streets. The concept developer and exclusive broker of the project was UTG company. According to the plan, the total area of ​​the retail park will be 3 thousand sq. m. In November, the first phase (2.3 thousand sq. m), as well as a parking lot for 56 cars, was put into operation.

Among the key tenants of the first phase:

Sinsay clothing store (about 1086 sq. m).

“Epicenter home” (over 461 sq. m).

The store of the furniture factory “Konstanta”.

It is also planned to place several coffee shops in the annexes.

Retail park is an economical format of shopping centers, popular in the world, which involves placing individual stores around a large parking lot. Director of UTG company Evgenia Loktionova noted that in Ukraine, unlike in Europe, such parks are usually built within cities.
