The most popular SEC in the city of Zhytomyr, Global UA, plans to open a new phase with an area of ​​19,590 sq. m. Thanks to the expansion, the rental area of ​​the SEC will be 97,590 sq. m, and it will become the largest SEC in the region. The opening of the second phase is scheduled for 2026-2027. The project developer is PJSC Zhytomyr Furniture Combine, the exclusive agent for leasing commercial real estate is UTG company.
