In Kyiv, on April 2-5, the training intensive “Low-rise Construction: Features of the Development of Urban and Suburban Real Estate” will be held. At the event, Kostyantyn Oliynyk, Head of the Strategic Consulting Department of UTG, will make a report.  Intensive students will learn about practical cases and real examples from low-rise construction and listen to “live” lectures, attend field property tours to objects and take part in professional networking and discussions. The event is organized by REBS and the International Institute of Business (IIB).

The purpose of the training event is to train specialists to professionally create development projects for low-rise construction from initiation, concept creation, project budgeting, construction process management and, of course, commissioning, marketing, sales. The intensive program “Low-rise Construction: Features of Urban and Suburban Real Estate Development” includes the following topics: trends in low-rise construction, project concept development and market analysis, financial analysis, marketing, sales, development project management.
