The UTG company, which acts as the concept developer and exclusive broker of the new Zhyto shopping center in Zhytomyr, continues to attract new tenants. Among them is the Anabel Arto store, which will open on the first floor of the shopping center on an area of ​​60 sq. m, this is stated on the UTG website. The opening of the new SEC is scheduled for the end of March. Recall, Anabel Arto is a Ukrainian brand, the history of which began in 1998, and the first retail boutique opened in 2009. Currently, the chain has more than 100 of its own and franchise boutiques throughout Ukraine. Five Anabel Arto boutiques are also successfully operating in Poland in Warsaw and four boutiques in Bulgaria in Sofia and Plovdiv. The opening of the new Zhyto SEC is scheduled for the end of March.

In the new Proskuriv Plaza SEC in Khmelnytskyi, a store of the famous German brand Bugatti will open on the first floor with an area of ​​116 sq. m. On January 31, a store of the Polish chain Half Price opened in the capital’s Retroville SEC. Back in September 2024, an agreement was signed with the brand to provide the retailer with 1,650 sq. m of rental space. Over time, the chain plans to expand the outlet to 3,000 sq. m. The powerful operator has become the anchor tenant of the gallery, which is adjacent to the new buildings of the Warsaw microdistrict.

Let us remind you that this is the fourth Half Price space operating in Ukraine. Stores can also be found in the capital’s Respublika Park SEC and Lavina Mall SEC, as well as in the Odessa Riviera Shopping Center SEC.
