On January 24, July of this year in Kyiv, as part of the certification course “Real Estate Development”, the director of UTG company Evgenia Loktionova will give a lecture. The topic of the report: “Commercial Real Estate Management” using real case examples for small, medium and large SECs. The organizers of the course are the Business school “International Institute of Business” and the educational platform Real Estate Business School. In particular, Evgenia Loktionova will tell the audience about the nuances of commercial real estate management. During her speech, she will share her knowledge on how to achieve the goals and objectives of real estate owners. Having extensive experience in managing the largest commercial real estate objects in Ukraine, the manager will report on the feasibility and advantages of transferring real estate to a professional manager. She will also reveal the essence, concept, goals and list of real estate management works. Also during the speech, she will talk about the advantages and disadvantages of real estate management by a developer company and a management company.
