In Zhytomyr, in the new shopping center PLACE, the concept developer and exclusive broker of which is UTG, a store of the well-known international operator Sinsay with an area of ​​656 sq.m will open. The new shopping center with a total area of ​​4144 sq.m, of which 3211 sq.m is rented, will be put into operation in the first quarter of next year. The lease agreement was signed by UTG, which continues to work for the benefit of the residents of Ukraine and by its own example demonstrates to the market the possibilities of filling the retail spaces of its partners in difficult times.

The Sinsay store will present to the residents and guests of the city of Zhytomyr a wide range of clothing for girls and young people, men and women, as well as goods for babies, children and household goods. The Sinsay brand is part of the Polish group of companies LPP, which continues its development in Ukraine and believes in the future prospects of the country. The new PLACE shopping center is located on the main highway from the city center to the northern micro districts. Due to which there will be a rich car and pedestrian flow near the shopping center. The location is also characterized by a rich social and transport infrastructure and is surrounded by residential buildings. Among the main tenants of the shopping center: ATB food supermarket, a clothing department store, a pharmacy and a cafe.
