The PLACE SC in Zhytomyr is scheduled to open at the end of 2024, the Ukrainian Trade Guild (UTG), which acts as the project’s exclusive broker, told Interfax-Ukraine.

The new PLACE SC is located on Nezalezhnosti Avenue, a location with active car and passenger traffic. Its total area will be 4144 sq.m, rental – 3211 sq.m.

The UTG company clarified that they have completed the reconceptualization of the project. Among the main tenants of the shopping center: the ATB food supermarket, a clothing department store, an electronics store, a pharmacy and a cafe.

The PLACE SC is scheduled to open at the end of this year.

The UTG company was established in 2001. Developed more than 1,300 concepts of real estate objects. During the years of work, 4.7 million square meters were leased with the participation of the company of commercial space in Ukraine.
