A store of the well-known Sinsay retail chain will open in Sofia Mall SEC, located in one of the densely populated districts of Kyiv – Sofiyivska Borshchahivka. The store will be located on the second level of the shopping center on an area of 954 sq.m. The lease agreement was signed by the UTG company, which acts as the developer of the concept and the exclusive broker of the Sofia Mall SEC.

The Sinsay store will present a wide range of clothing for girls and young people, men and women, as well as goods for babies, children and household goods to the residents of Sofiyivska Borshchahivka. The Sinsay brand is a part of the Polish group LPP, which continues its development in Ukraine and believes in the country’s future prospects.

The opening of a new well-known operator confirms the success of the reconceptualization of Sofia Mall. Silpo supermarket with an area of 3,000 sq.m, as well as the KFC restaurant, which is located on the first level on the area of 314 sq.m with a summer terrace and a drive of 183 sq.m, and the JYSK home goods store with an area of 1,280 sq.m have already become the anchor tenants of the renovated SEC.
