In the city of Khmelnytskyi, the construction of the modern multifunctional shopping complex PROSKYROV Plaza continues. Work on the creation of an underground parking lot for 373 car spaces has already been completed at the facility, and the construction of the first floor has begun. The planned launch date of the new SEC is the 4th quarter of 2025. UTG is the developer of the concept and the filling of PROSKYROV Plaza as an exclusive broker.

Taking into account the total and leased area of 35,000 sq.m and 27,700 sq.m, respectively, the five-story shopping center will be the largest in the city. In addition, this SEC is the only object of such a scale that is currently under construction in Ukraine.
