Construction of the four-level White Lines SEC has resumed in Kyiv, which is being built in one of the most densely populated areas of the capital – Holosiivskyi. The new SEC is part of the already built multifunctional residential complex of the same name. The new shopping complex will have a total area of ​​over 43 thousand sq.m, of which 24 thousand are allocated for rent. The investor of the multifunctional complex is UDP, the developer and general contractor is A Development, and the exclusive broker for renting retail space is UTG. The opening of the White Lines SEC is scheduled for February 2026.

The modern and multifunctional quarter in the center of Holosiivskyi offers a completely new level of comfort: everything under one roof next to the metro station and the largest metropolitan park – Holosiivskyi. That is why the multifunctional residential complex, which includes the White Lines SEC, became a finalist in the international architectural competition WorldArchitectureFestival for the first time from Ukraine thanks to its concept. It is distinguished by its unique new generation architecture, futuristic combination of glazing and glossy painting, demarcation of residential and commercial areas, thanks to which aesthetics and comfort are harmoniously combined. According to the unique concept of the complex, its territory includes its own SEC, sports ground, large playground for children, kindergarten, as well as a park with an area of ​​1 hectare right on the roof. Also, an underground parking lot with 684 parking spaces has been created for residents of the buildings.
