The remaining 25%, which includes vacant spaces of various configurations and sizes \u2013 including in key areas \u2013 are still available on the market.<\/p>\n<p>The SEC\u2019s main anchor tenants will include the most sought-after national players in their respective categories: Silpo (3,600 sq.\u00a0m), Multiplex (1,200 sq.\u00a0m), Energym (4,000 sq.\u00a0m), EVA Beauty (842 sq.\u00a0m), COMFY (900 sq.\u00a0m), Puzata Hata (700 sq.\u00a0m), Librarium (714 sq.\u00a0m), Antoshka (900 sq.\u00a0m), JYSK (1,300 sq.\u00a0m), Sinsay (655 sq.\u00a0m), and the family entertainment center Fly Kids (2,500 sq.\u00a0m). Anabel Arto, Prostor, Ukrzoloto, Aurum, SOVA, LOVE YOU, Luxoptica, E-Zoo, Apteka Farmatsiya, Sekunda, MBM My Home, Menya Musashi, and many other brands will also open their doors to visitors.
