Foreign investors are interested in new retail real estate development projects with a budget of up to EUR20 million, said UTG company Director Evgenia Loktionova.<\/p>\n
\u201cThere is a lot of demand from European investors, not Ukrainian, for ready-made businesses. For example, they are interested in a built network of small retail parks with full tenants,\u201d Loktionova said at a press conference at the Interfax-Ukraine agency in Kyiv on Wednesday.<\/p>\n
According to her, there is also active interest at the development stage \u2013 in unfinished or abandoned buildings that can be relatively quickly put into operation and launched, or in land plots where such facilities can be created, especially retail parks with an area of \u200b\u200bup to 12 thousand sq. m. But at the moment there is almost no such offer on the market.<\/p>\n
UTG company was established in 2001. Developed over 1.3 thousand concepts for real estate objects. Over the years of work, the company has leased 4.7 million sq. m of commercial space in Ukraine.<\/p>\n
