Autonomous workplaces and invincibility points are being implemented in the projects.<\/p>\n<p>He stated that commercial real estate is significantly changing its content &#8211; as a response to the challenges of war (mass outflow of the population abroad, reduction in the number of children, curfew restrictions). In particular, the demand for cinemas, sports centers, document services is decreasing. Stores with military products and goods have become widespread. Ukrainian producers demonstrate increased loyalty, their share among tenants is increasing. At the same time, plans for international chains and large-format department stores are being reduced. There is a refusal to expand into the regions, online sales channels and product distribution through delivery services are developing.<\/p>\n<p>In general, commercial conditions are being reviewed with further correction of economic efficiency indicators.\u00a0In residential real estate, developers are beginning to implement the experience of Israel,<\/p>\n<p>designing and implementing a system of thicker load-bearing concrete walls, stronger and more protected shafts for placing individual shelter rooms (&#8220;mamad&#8221;). The rooms are equipped with armored doors, protected by shutters. Window technologies are being improved, reinforced layers or triplex glass are being implemented to protect against a blast wave and reduce the risk of injury. Autonomous wireless engineering technologies and security systems are being further developed and included in projects.<\/p>\n<p>Living rooms are provided with a place for installing solid fuel fireplaces (with the possibility of heating and cooking) connected to separate air ducts.<\/p>\n<p>In general, all real estate segments are adapting structures to the needs of low-mobility population groups, increasing control over their compliance with requirements and compliance.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cDevelopers of both residential and commercial real estate are shifting their focus to other regions, new segments, alternative industries. These factors fundamentally affect consumer behavior and choice, radically changing the requirements of buyers. Increasing security and inclusive requirements today may not make individual solutions more expensive, because purchasing power has fallen. But their implementation increases loyalty and sales rates.
