The new SC in Zhytomyr, which was called Place during construction, changed it to a new purely Ukrainian one \u2013 Zhyto (Rye). The opening date of the SC has also been determined \u2013 the end of March this year. The new Zhyto SC is located on Nezalezhnosti Avenue and has a total area of \u200b\u200b4\u00a0144 sq.m, of which 3\u00a0211 sq.m is leasable. In general, the SC consists of a basement and first floor and is equipped with a parking lot for 150+ parking spaces. The concept development and exclusive brokerage of the project were performed by UTG.<\/p>\n
The Zhyto SC is located on the main highway from the city center to the northern microdistricts. Due to which there will be a saturated automobile and pedestrian flow near the SC. The location is also characterized by a rich social and transport infrastructure and is surrounded by residential buildings. Among the main tenants of the SC: ATB food supermarket, a clothing department store, a pharmacy and a cafe. That is why the Zhito SC will become a place where residents can comfortably do their daily shopping.<\/p>\n
