The experts of the UTG company constantly analyze statistical data and indicators of activity on the commercial real estate market of Ukraine. The State Statistics Service of Ukraine published data on the volume of retail turnover of retail and wholesale trade enterprises. Thus, according to the results of 2023, RTO in Ukraine for the year increased by +30.34% in national currency and +15.26% in dollar terms, reaching 1.822 trillion UAH (or $49.8 billion).<\/p>\n
UTG analysts believe that the stabilization of the situation with the outflow of the population abroad, the return of citizens to their hometowns, getting used to the existing economic and military situation, and the adjustment of the work of operators in relocated businesses had a positive effect on the increase in sales. Also, due to the limited or even the absence of consumer sentiment during 2020-2022, the population is returning to the galleries of shopping centers and stores. Now Ukrainians are actively shopping for clothes and shoes. Also, the share of shops and entertainment (clothing and footwear, electronics, household goods, cafes and restaurants, entertainment, other goods) is increasing in the structure of household expenditures.<\/p>\n
Against the background of high loyalty of Ukrainian products, national producers receive additional impulses for development.
