As part of the filling of the new SEC, the concept developer and exclusive broker of the project &#8211; the UTG company, signed an agreement with the international chain of public catering restaurants KFC. The new restaurant with a drive will be located on an area of 353 sq.m.<\/p>\n<p>According to the plans, PROSKYROV Plaza SEC will open its doors in the 4th quarter of 2025. Taking into account the total and leased area of 35,000 sq.m and 27,700 sq.m, respectively, the five-story shopping center will be the largest in the city. In addition, this SEC is the only object of such a scale that is currently under construction in Ukraine. The shopping center PROSKYROV Plaza will have an underground parking lot for 373 cars. According to the Director of UTG Evgenia Loktionova, in addition to anchor tenants and a large restaurant area, the PROSKYROV Plaza SEC will also house a modern entertainment area. \u201cThus, the new shopping center will satisfy the needs of the city and its residents for quality infrastructure. The city of Khmelnytskyi is currently developing intensively and needs new shopping centers that would be able to satisfy all the needs of the population.
