On April 11, the Gulliver shopping and entertainment center in Kyiv will host the conference \u201cHow do SECs change during the war?\u201d. Evgenia Loktionova \u2013 the director of the UTG company will give reports in two blocks of the conference. The seventh annual conference is organized by the Malls Club. Experts of the event will be leading industry analysts and experts, managers of the best SECs of Ukraine. The conference will be useful for SEC representatives (managers, owners, leasing managers), as well as representatives of tenants (chain managers, owners, development managers and managers, commercial directors).<\/p>\n
Within two years, the retail trade in Ukraine survived the initial shock of a full-scale war, recovered and is now actively adapting to a multitude of challenges on a daily basis, continuing to constantly adapt and transform.<\/p>\n
All these processes have a direct impact on the tenant mix of Ukrainian SECs and, accordingly, on their profitability and success. Therefore, during the conference, the heads of leading SECs and retail companies will discuss in detail all the changes that took place in the SECs during this period, as well as ways to maintain the attractiveness and interest in their facilities for visitors in conditions of war and constant changes.<\/p>\n
During the speech in the first block of the conference \u201cShopping Gallery and Anchor Tenants\u201d, Evgenia Loktionova will present market analytics regarding the main changes that took place in the structure of the tenant mix of shopping galleries of Ukrainian SECs during the 2 years of the war, as well as trends in lease relations between SECs and tenants of shopping galleries . In addition, in the second block \u201cFood court and entertainment\u201d, the director of UTG will talk about the main changes that have taken place in the structure of the tenant mix of food courts in Ukrainian SECs, including new operators and those that are most actively developing despite the war. It also draws attention to new trends and new operators in the entertainment segment for SECs. The characteristics of the state of the entertainment and children\u2019s centers segment will also be presented.<\/p>\n
In each block, two or three analytical reports and a discussion of SEC managers will be presented. Discussions will be held in an \u201cOpen Mic\u201d format, allowing tenants to ask questions and share their thoughts.<\/p>\n
