An offline store of the largest online retailer of Ukraine – ROZETKA – will appear in Sofia Mall SEC. The new store will open its doors on the first floor of the SEC on an area of 79 sq.m. The contract was signed by the UTG company, which acted as the developer of the concept and the exclusive broker of the project.<\/p>\n
The total area of Sofia Mall SEC is 13,000 sq.m. The facility opened in 2021 in one of the densely populated districts of Kyiv \u2013 Sofiyivska Borshchagivka, but at the time of launch it was a specialized furniture shopping center. However, as a result of a multi-faceted analysis taking into account the location and flows of potential visitors, the experts of the UTG company decided to change the format of the object. The anchor tenants of the renovated SEC are Silpo supermarket with an area of 3,000 sq.m, as well as the KFC restaurant, which is located on the first level on an area of 314 sq.m with a summer terrace and a drive of 183 sq.m, and a JYSK home goods store with an area of 1,280 sq.m and a store of the well-known shopping chain Sinsay with an area of 954 sq.m. And now the new ROZETKA store, which sells household appliances, electronics, jewelry and wine.
