On January 27 of this year, the head of the Strategic Consulting Department of UTG Kostyantyn Oliynyk delivered a lecture as part of the \u201cReal Estate Development\u201d course from the CP School on the basis of the IIB (International Institute of Business). The expert took part in the first module of the 8th course, devoted to urban planning, land relations, real estate market analysis and development activities. Topic of the lecture: \u201cAnalysis of the real estate market\u201d.<\/p>\n
During his speech, the expert considered the main criteria of real estate as an object of development. He talked about the main concepts, subjects and structure of the real estate market, classification of real estate objects. In addition, Kostyantyn Oliynyk showed the peculiarities of the functioning of the real estate market and its cyclical nature using practical examples. During the lecture, the audience also learned about: the purpose and methodology of real estate market analysis, demand and supply factors operating in the real estate market, and how to determine the capacity and main trends in the development of the Ukrainian real estate market.<\/p>\n
