The UTG company, as the exclusive broker of the project, continues to fill the Pokrovsky shopping center in the city of Izmail. The new facility with a total area of 8,500 sq.m was added to by a new tenant \u2013 the \u201cTavria B\u201d supermarket. It is on the first level of the new shopping center, on an area of about 1,700 sq.m, that the \u201cTavria B\u201d supermarket will be located. Pokrovsky shopping center is scheduled to open in the second quarter of 2024.<\/p>\n
