But even in the conditions of military operations in those territories, where there is no hot phase and risk to the lives of visitors and employees, it is necessary to open new shopping malls for further development. To confirm this, a new three-level SEC Topol Mall is planned for construction in Dnipro. UTG, the leader of the Ukrainian real estate market, is the developer of the concept and the exclusive broker of the project. The total area of the new facility is 13,700 sq.m, of which 11,400 sq.m will be leased. Also, taking into account the intensive traffic and passenger flows, the Topol Mall SEC will have a spacious parking lot for 124 cars and another 104 parking spaces. The date of commissioning of the new shopping and entertainment center is the 4th quarter of 2025.<\/p>\n<p>According to UTG company analysts, the new mall will become the main center for shopping and spending time not only for the residents of the nearest residential complex, but also for the surrounding areas. This will be possible due to the location of Topol Mall on the key transport artery of the district with quick and convenient access to the shopping center for motorists and public transport stops. In addition, the new object will replenish the composition of shopping malls in Dnipro and increase the level of provision of retail space in the city, which is currently quite low and amounts to about 376 sq.m per thousand inhabitants, and the current potential of unmet demand reaches 93,000 sq.m. \u201cIn addition, the construction of a new shopping center is of great importance, both purely economic and social. After the end of hostilities, Ukraine should quickly revive and become even better.
