{"id":4657,"date":"2023-07-24T15:22:29","date_gmt":"2023-07-24T12:22:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/utgcompany.com\/?p=4657"},"modified":"2023-07-24T15:22:29","modified_gmt":"2023-07-24T12:22:29","slug":"stavky-orendi-ofisiv-stabilizuvalysia","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/utgcompany.com\/en\/stavky-orendi-ofisiv-stabilizuvalysia\/","title":{"rendered":"Office rental rates have stabilized"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Rental rates in the capital\u2019s business centers, after a significant decrease at the end of 2022, have somewhat stabilized by mid-2023. \u201cRent in class \u201cA\u201d office centers is about $20.1, in class \u201cB\u201d &#8211; $12.2, and in BC \u201cC\u201d class is about $9.6,\u201d \u2013 reports the head of the strategic consulting department of UTG Kostyantyn Oliynyk.<\/p>\n<p>The expert explained this stabilization by the fact that by the end of 2022, computer, information and telecommunication services reached $3,713 billion, accounting for 40,5% of the volume of services exports or 6,96% of Ukraine\u2019s total exports. That is, the IT sphere of Ukraine turned out to be quite stable during the war. Despite the difficulty of attracting new customers, the reduction of the IT industry was only -7,9%, while the total export of goods and services fell by -34,06%. This year there is a continuation of the trend.<\/p>\n<p>But, despite the positive trend, Kostyantyn Oliynyk emphasizes the slow continuation of negative trends in the office real estate market.
