Education: Master of Economics in International Trade Management from Poltava University of Economics.

Svitlana Obminyana holds position of Senior Project manager in UTG since 2008.

Her current responsibilities include leasing, marketing strategy development, property management and risk management.

Since 2010 Svitlana is head of leasing of Ocean Plaza Mall. Ocean Plaza is a recognized retail property leader in Ukraine and was nominated as the Best retail and Leisure Development at MAPIC AWARDS 2013.

Every year Svitlana takes part in the role of a guest speaker in a number of international conferences and exhibitions, both in Ukraine and abroad.

Svitlana has over 13 years of experience in real estate and during her career participated in more than 20 retail property projects.
