Contributed to the efficient projects development, among which are the following shopping entertainment malls: Ocean Plaza, Respublika, Lavina Mall, Blockbuster Mall, Meganom, Roksolana, Doma Center, New Way, King Cross Leopolis, Meganom mixed use center, Frantsuzskii Bulvar, Arena City, GorodOK.

Dmitriy produces various types of commercial agreements: brokerage, agency, real estate management, lease/ sublease, concept development, formation of expert opinions, marketing researches, architectural design, franchising (commercial concession), exhibition activities/ PR, Foreign Economic Activities.
