Experience: 15-years experience in the sphere of real estate development

Igor Melnyk has a 12-years experience in the sphere of real estate development.

Igor combines business and public activity. He is engaged into voluntary support of the army and is a co-chief of the Congress of national volunteers. In 2015, while holding the position of the counselor of Minister of Defence, Igor coordinated a construction project of fortified structures within the ATO territory and was in charge of the program providing AFU servicemen with accommodation. Moreover, in 2015 «Nashy parki» charitable foundation was established by Igor, aiming at achieving the result of «1 million trees in Kiev within the period of 5 years», that will allow preserving the status of the most «green» capital all over Europe. Urban amenities were provided and 6 planting projects were implemented during the last year of foundation`s operation, as well as a Ukrainian-wide relief effort "Podarui yalyntsi zhyttya" and a program calling for ecological awareness of Ukrainians were developed.

«ART HALL» clubhouse (15000 sq.m.) in cooperation with «Privat» group has become one of his first successful projects. A significant period of Igor`s business activity was connected with «Forum» group, where he held the position of managing partner in the sphere of development. Over 1 million square meters` property has been designed, approved and constructed within the 7-years` period of fruitful work. Most of those objects were soon commissioned. Moreover, Igor fulfilled the function of anti-crisis general manager of Forum office centers chain within the period of economic crisis in 2008-2011 (7 objects with the total area of more than 110 000 sq.m.).

Since 2013 Igor has chaired «Dragon Evolution» company, which has developed more than 10 projects in different spheres of real estate both under its own stream and in cooperation with Dragon Capital Investment Company. The development of hypermarket Fozzy (46 000 sq.m.) and the construction of educational recreational complex in Koncha-Zaspa are among the latest projects developed by Igor. Nowadays «Dragon Evolution» takes the leading positions in the sphere of outsourcing development.
